Yorkshire Schools Exploring Society was delighted to receive a donation from the Yorkshire Building Society in its ‘Small Change, Big Difference’ distribution in August 2010.
In 1988 Don Robinson wrote that China ’88 was the Society’s “… most ambitious [expedition] … ever undertaken and probably been one of the most successful”. China ’88 took 62 people to the high Tibetan Plateau to climb, bike, kayak, trek and explore the region. Now 21 years on, we’d like to bring as many people who went on the expedition together for a full on reunion, probably at Selside, later in the year. If you went on the expedition or know someone who did, we’d like to hear from you.
